Important yellow gold ring with pierced triangular shoulders and staple motifs around the edges. The oval bezel center features a nicolo intaglio engraved with a nude god Mercury standing on a baseline. He holds a draped element and the caduceus in his right hand and a purse in his left. At his feet, a rooster. In the left field, an inscription in Greek characters. Roman art, 2nd - 3rd century (for the setting and intaglio).
