Satyrs are creatures from Greek mythology. Associated with the feminine Maenads, they form the "Dionysian procession", which accompanies the god Dionysus. They were originally depicted as anthropomorphic creatures with horse legs and horse ears, often ithyphallic, before being either de-estimated or transformed into half-white hybrids.
