The President of the Republic has decided to extend to the whole territory the measures previously applied in 19 departments and in particular in Ile de France.

The auction rooms remain open, in compliance with the mandatory sanitary measures.

These measures imply for the employees of the OVV the telecommuting, except for the situations which do not allow it, and the implementation of the appropriate sanitary measures which are, as a reminder, the wearing of a mask, the provision of hydroalcoholic gel, the respect of the measures of distanciation and the regular disinfection of the offices.

As regards the reception of the public, which is still possible, in addition to the compulsory wearing of masks and the provision of gel, the VSOs must ensure that each person has a space of 4m², define a gauge accordingly and guarantee compliance. On the day of the sale, the room must be organised in such a way that all those present are seated and that there is a free space between each person or group of people.

Movement must be limited.

Selling expenses : 20 % without VAT or 24 % including VAT

Additional costs for live bidders: 1.5% before tax or 1.8% including VAT
